Tibetan Spaniel Rescue Information: The Tibetan Spaniel is a small furry dog with a friendly disposition. Tibetan Spaniels, or Tibbies, are bold and very smart. Tibbies make wonderful family companions and are great with children. Tibbies can have a stubborn streak and be a little challenging to train. Generally, Tibbies can be socialized to get along with other pets. This breed is good for apartment life.

Tibetan Spaniel Trivia: Tibetan Spaniels come from the Himalayas. Tibetan Spaniels like to sit in high places because their ancestors used to keep watch from the tops of high walls. Tibetan Spaniels were virtually unknown in the U.S. prior to 1965.
